The Brunei dollar is the currency of Brunei. Early currency in Brunei included cowrie shells. Their issue followed the one cent coins in 1304 AH. (1888 AD). This cent was equal to one hundredth of a dollar. The Brunei dollar replaced the Malayan dollar and the British Borneo dollar in 1967 after the formation of Malaysia and the independence of Singapore. Until June 23, 1973, the Malaysian ringgit was exchanged at par for the Singapore dollar and the Brunei dollar.

The Ugandan shilling is the currency of Uganda. Due to high inflation, on May 18, 1987, another monetary reform was carried out, as a result of which a new Ugandan shilling was introduced at an exchange rate of 100: 1. But even this currency was already replaced in 2004 by the currency with the original name - the Ugandan shilling, which, due to the instability of the countrys economy, produces ever higher denominations.
