History reference:
The Mozambican metical has been the national currency and money of the Republic of Mozambique since 1980, after gaining independence from Portugal in 1875. History reference:
Afghani is the official currency of Afghanistan. The currency has a long history and was introduced in 1926. Then it looked like a coin made of 900 silver and contained 10 g of pure silver.
