Due to high inflation, on May 18, 1987, another monetary reform was carried out, as a result of which a new Ugandan shilling was introduced at an exchange rate of 100: 1. But even this currency was already replaced in 2004 by the currency with the original name - the Ugandan shilling, which, due to the instability of the countrys economy, produces ever higher denominations.

The entire currency was made in the same color scheme, in addition, it did not have much originality, for a long time this particular currency existed in the country.
